Three-Way Data Integration Programs | Hubspot to EagleView and Quickbooks
To help a customer in the construction business, we were asked to handle data from three different sources that the client used for managing customers. From Datahub, we received customer information which would then be stored in HubSpot. Contact information would then be used to schedule meetings with EagleView to check order progress and directly link to Quickbooks in order to handle finances and invoices according to the deal stage.
By doing this integration, we improve collaboration and unification of systems, allowing for the three different softwares to all be used cohesively, saving millions of clicks, seconds, and the hassle of constantly manually updating data.

We automated data gathering into one spreadsheet which was checked and used our Excel to QBO routines that would post them in about 10 mins. An extracted AR/AP report is extracted every day at 5pm and emailed to the owner and accountant.
